• Concert data: artist, venue location, city, and your personal rating

Important: We do NOT store photos, videos, or profile pictures. All multimedia content remains exclusively on your device.

• Contract performance: To provide the concert tracking service
• Legitimate interest: To generate personalized statistics and improve the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide and maintain the Encore service
• Generate personalized statistics about your music history

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored exclusively on your iOS device and in iCloud (if enabled). Encore Archives does not maintain its own servers with your personal data. We implement data encryption and security measures following Apple's best practices.

Location: Data may be stored in Apple data centers within the EU in compliance with European data protection regulations.
